I provide individualized therapy for stress, anxiety, depression, and relationship concerns. I also support clients facing life transitions, grief, self-esteem difficulties, and coping with chronic health conditions.

Sessions are confidential. Limits to confidentiality include imminent risk of harm to self or others, suspected abuse of a minor, dependent, or elder, and court-ordered disclosure. These exceptions will be reviewed during the first session.

Use the contact form to schedule a consultation call or request an intake appointment here. On the consultation call we’ll discuss availability, insurance or payment options, and any questions you have about starting therapy.

Yes. I provide both in-person and telehealth sessions to accommodate client preferences and needs.

I use evidence-based methods tailored to each client’s needs, including cognitive-behavioral techniques, mindfulness strategies, and interpersonal approaches. Treatment is collaborative and focused on practical skills, insight, and lasting change

If you don’t feel therapy is effective, we will discuss your concerns openly and revise the treatment plan. If a different approach or referral would better serve you, I will provide recommendations and support that transition.

The initial session focuses on understanding your concerns, history, and goals. We will establish treatment priorities, discuss confidentiality and logistics, and begin identifying initial strategies to address your immediate needs.

Standard sessions are 53 minutes. Frequency is typically weekly at the start of treatment, but this depends on your specific needs, with adjustments over time based on progress and goals.

Please notify me as soon as possible. Cancellation policies, including any applicable fees for late cancellations or missed appointments, will be explained during intake.

Progress is measured through regular review of goals, client feedback, and observable changes in symptoms and functioning. Periodic check-ins allow us to adjust the treatment plan as needed.
